- Service — the InPlant mobile app, inplant.app website, API, and related features.
2. Subject
The operator provides access to a digital plant-care service: collection management, reminders, AI identification, diagnosis, and chat. The Free plan is available without payment with limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is available under the Public Offer.
3. Account
- Full access requires registration via email or Apple/Google sign-in.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your email secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your account.
- We may restrict access for violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Circumvent Free/Pro limits, attack the API, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
- Automate AI requests at scale without our consent.
5. AI disclaimer
AI output is informational only and does not replace professional horticultural, veterinary, or medical advice. We do not guarantee species identification or diagnosis accuracy. You are solely responsible for plant care and safety decisions.
6. Pro subscription
Payment terms, pricing, duration, and refunds are governed by the Public Offer at https://inplant.app/offer and current plans at https://inplant.app/pricing. Payment is completed on the website, not inside the iOS app, in line with Apple rules.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, design, code, and InPlant brand belong to the operator. You retain rights to content you upload and grant a non-exclusive license to process it for operating the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for plant loss, property damage, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations where reasonable notice is possible.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on the website unless stated otherwise. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation or in court at the operator’s registered address, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
